Lois Rugger Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Lois Rugger of Oxford, Iowa, born in Vinton, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Victor Niebuhr and Louise Niebuhr; her grandchildren, Kelly McLarney (Ryan), Brooke Walls (Anthony), Michael (McKenzie) and Chad Ambrose; her great grandchildren, Cooper Walls and Wyatt Ambrose; her sister-in-law June Huffman; her son Robert; her sister Nadine (Bill Boots); her niece Susie Boots; her nephew Curt Alexander; and her children, Lois and Bill. She was also cherished by family, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and great friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in her memory to St. John's Lutheran Church of Homestead or Iowa City Hospice.
