She was predeceased by: her parents, James Burns and Cecelia Burns (Meade); her husband Philip R. Leo; and her sisters, Mary Lou Vemvinski, Celine Downes and Barbara Betar (Kenneth Burns). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Catholic Church (4022 Cosgrove Rd SW, Oxford, IA 52322).
