He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Koehler and Bertha Koehler (Schulmeister); his son Joshua; and his sisters, Virginia, Audrey and Allene.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Slycord; his daughters, Krystal (David), Kari (Tim) and Kassi (Nick); and his siblings, Lee and Diane. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Koehler family in care of Kathy Koehler.
