He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marquita of Oxford; his daughter Dessirae Garcia Dolezal of Oxford; his mother Joyce Schlabach of Colorado Springs, CO; his siblings, William R. Schlabach (Lisa) of Marengo, Christine O'Maley of Colorado Springs and Mary Lavonne Linnell of Kalona; and his father Alvin Ray. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
