He is survived by: his spouse Elayne Kinney; his granddaughter Emerald Frese; his sister Juanita Cochran; his aunt Luella Rose; his nieces and nephews, Jeff Cochran, Lisa Cochran Feinberg (Phil), David Kinney and Sarah Kinney Morrissey (Kyle); and also, Christina Frese, Curtis Frese (Stephanie) and Virginia Scheetz.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in Chuck's memory to St. Mary's Catholic Church of Oxford or Iowa City Hospice.
