He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Helen, Gifford Smith, Lola and John Hickman; his brother Rodney Hickman; and his aunts and uncles, Crystal Nelsen, Sharon Warner, Martha Heines, Beth Banta, John Smith, William Smith, Glen Hickman and Arthur Hickman.
He is survived by: his parents, Earl Hickman and Lois Hickman; his wife Sarah Hickman; his daughters, Mia and Adele Hickman; and his sister Cindy Youssef (Nash).
