He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Flory and Mildred Flory (Walker); his wife Marlene Ann Ingwersen; and his siblings, Eugene, James and Ellen Childress.
He is survived by: his children, Brad (Julie) of Pella, Deb Foege (Steve) of Central City and Chip (Sue) of Denver, Iowa; his siblings-in-law, Judy Flory, Judy Cannon (Richard) and Roger Ingwersen (Deb); and also Joe Flory (JeanAnn). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
