He is survived by: his wife Donna Crosthwaite; his children, Teresa Shere (Tom) of Prophetstown, Ill, Lori Mussig of Tipton, Tom Tank of Clarence, Dan Tank (Laura) of Bennett and Steve Tank of Maquoketa; his grandchildren, Rachel, Mitchell and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Shelbi and Jason; and his siblings, Sandi Klahn of Wheatland and Darrell Tank of Calamus.
