He was predeceased by: his parents, Jens Latare and Freida Latare (Petersen); and his siblings, Norman and Alta Brinkman. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Jeffery; his children, Rhonda Ingwersen (Mark), Brad Latare (LeeAnn), Lyndon Latare and Danette Pestka (Clay); and his brother Merlin Latare (Audrey). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
