He was predeceased by: his parents, George Vacek and Lorene Vacek (Eggers); and his sister Kathy Richardson. He is survived by: his wife Pat of Oxford Junction; his sons, Kris Vacek of Oxford Junction, Jason Vacek (Maggie) of Davenport and Cory Vacek (Lea) of Kansas City, MO; and his siblings, Marie Clapp of Toronto and Marvin Vacek (Kathy) of Oxford Junction.
