John Stevenson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Stevenson (Oxford Junction, Iowa), born in Maquoketa, Iowa, who passed away on July 18, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stevenson and Mary Stevenson (Donley); his son Jimmy; his siblings, Arthur and Patricia Schmidt; and his brothers-in-law, Darrel Mohr and Gerald Hoffmann.

He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Diedrich; his children, Vince Stevenson of Anamosa, Terry Stevenson (Mary) of Wheatland, Robert Stevenson (Amy) of Cedar Rapids, Ron Stevenson of Lost Nation, Richard Stevenson (Cindy) of Cascade and Melody Siver (Dave) of Cedar Rapids; his siblings, Margaret Mohr of Green Island, Marilyn Hoffmann of Charlotte and Tom Stevenson (Kelly) of Maquoketa; and his brother-in-law Darrell Schmidt of Fulton. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
