He was predeceased by: his parents, George Balichek and Lenora Balichek. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his daughters, Renee Schwantes (Dave), Melissa Balichek and Sara Kroening (Conrad); his grandchildren, Joshua Schwantes (Mariah Lang) and Cara Schwantes; and his sister Bonnie Hoffman.
