She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Harms and Bess Harms (Wosoba); and her brother Fred Harms. She is survived by: her spouse Merle H. Muhl; and her children, Linda Witte (Doug) of Tucson, AZ., Craig Muhl (Arla) of Wheatland, IA. and Kim Muhl (Freeda) of Marion, IA.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to her family in her honor.
