She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Vacek (Mark) of Oxford Junction; her caregiver Rick Fowler (Karen) of Fort Dodge; her grandchildren, Rachel Fowler (Michelle) of Des Moines, Eric Skoff (Sarah) of Wyoming, Megan Bies (Michael) of Bellevue, Maile Fowler (Heath) of Fort Dodge and Keilani Fowler (Andre Sr.) of Denver; her great grandchildren, Addisen, Kaylee, Zoey, Aiden, Malia, Alani, Lavin, Aurik, Gunnar and Andre Jr.; her sister Pat Emmert; her sister-in-law Margaret Fowler; and her pet Peaches. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
