She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Maneor and Edith Maneor; and her husband David L Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Proctor (Dennis) of Littleton, CO and Jackie Morford of Boise, ID.; and her grandchildren, Kelley Proctor, Ryan Proctor (Julie), Jennifer Crowl (Steve) and Travis Morford. She is also survived by six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Virginia Smith's name to Special Olympics Idaho, Team Ghostbusters.
