He was predeceased by: his father Donald Martz; his daughter Estes; and his mother Bonnie Jarvis (Denny). He is survived by: his wife Colleen Martz of Ottumwa; his son Michael Martz of Delta; and his siblings, Kathy Jarvis of Burlington, Diane Baxter of Ottumwa, Irene Beggs (Marc) of Burlington, Robert Jarvis of Ottumwa and Barbara Cooksey of Ottumwa. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
