It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Bruce Douglas (Ottumwa, Iowa), born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, who passed away on May 15, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Douglas and Francis Douglas (Peterson); his sister Constance Brainerd (Robert); and his nephew Paul Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Zierke; his children, Lynda Copple (Don), Holly Douglas, Jay Douglas (Julie) and Sara Poock (Clint); his grandchildren, David Douglas (Sarah), Adam Douglas (Anna), Jessica Davis (Tyler), Jason Douglas (Katie), Amanda Douglas, Caleb Copple, Carson, Alex and Elliott Poock; and his great grandchildren, Connor, Liam, Jameson Douglas, Scarlett, Olivia and Rowyn Douglas.
