She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Decker and Ela Owens Decker; her spouse Pascal Brown; and her siblings, James Decker, Robert Decker, Dotchie Haynes and Margaret Mushrush.
She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Richmond (Gary) of Ottumwa, Sharon Hoisington (Steve) of Ogden and Diana Watson (Ed) of Burkburnett, Texas; her grandchildren, DeAnza Richmond, Michelle Morley, Danielle Morley, Keith Morley, Scott Morley and Trevor Watson; her great grandchildren, Clay, Madyson, Sophia, Sammy, Addi, Ricky, David, Justin and Anthony; her stepson Ronnie Miles of Roswell; and her sister Velma Lou Wyatt of Odessa, Texas. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
