She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Sly and Shelva Sly (Bix); her grandparents, Margaret, Don Bix, Dora and William Sly; and her brother-in-law Bob Jordan.
She is survived by: her siblings, Debbie Jordan, Jim Sly (Shirley), Bill Sly and Denny Sly (Theresa); her niece Amanda Jordan; her nephew David Jordan; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jonathon, Justin, Gracie, Shelby, Allora, Dalton and Bradley. She is also survived by the dog, bingo and going to her brothers.
