Mary Axtell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 15, 2019, at the age of 94, Mary Axtell (Ottumwa, Iowa), born in Coralville, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Baird and Dorothy Green Baird; her spouse Robert "Bob" Axtell; her grandson Jamie Fenton; her great grandchild Xander Axtell of Dakoda Lewis; and her siblings, Bernita Ruth Eibes, Robert Baird and John Baird.
She is survived by: her children, Phill Axtell (Cindy) of Oskaloosa, Keith Axtell of Drakesville, Iowa, Linda Axtell and Deb Fenton (Mark). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established to Good Samaritan Society – Ottumwa and the Alzheimer's Association.
