She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Murray and Florence Murray (Louderback); her husband Donald Spurlock; and her siblings, Vivine Bradfield and David Murray.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Gaskill (Les) of Ottumwa, Bob Spurlock of Ottumwa, Stan Spurlock (Linda) of Bloomfield, Steve Spurlock (Audrey) and Ron Spurlock (Laura) of Hedrick. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and one great-great child.
