She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanche Johnston and Orville Johnston; her former husband Roger Yates; her husband Walter Kudart; and her brothers, Orville "Jack" Johnston, Robert Johnston and Marvin Crady.
She is survived by: her children, Marlene Wilkerson (Curt), Roger Stephen Yates (Neely) and Brent Yates; her grandchildren, Madilyn Knipker (Jonathan), Josie Wilkerson, Makenna Yates, Lily Wilkerson, Lucas Yates and Aidan Yates; her great grandchildren, Mila Knipker, Brynlee Knipker and Jude Knipker; and her sisters, Catherine Carter (Gerald), Carolyn Birdsell (Bill) and Ruth McMillian (Art).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Zion Community Church of God (15720 Copperhead Rd, Ottumwa, IA 52501).
