She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Stevens and Ellen Mick Stevens; her husband Robert Slycord; and her son Billy Rust. She is survived by: her former husband Ed Rust; and her children, Margaret, Darrell Rust (Toni) of Beacon, David Rust of Oskaloosa, Edward "Eddie" Rust (Julie) of Pleasantville, Marvin Rust (Becky) of Belle Plaine, Gary Rust (Diane) of Eddyville and Janie Morrow (James) of Ottumwa. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter.
