He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Baugher of Oskaloosa, IA; his children, Mark Edward Baugher (Debbie) of Albia, IA and Sherry Ann Coulter (Richard) of Oskaloosa, IA; his grandchildren, Loney Baugher (Audra), Latasha Baugher, Katie, Morgan and Sonya Coulter; and his brother Walter Leon Baugher of Ottumwa, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
