She was predeceased by: her father Willard Watts; her grandparents, Gladys Kite and John B Bratcher; her aunts, Jane Robinson and Jeanette Starks; and her cousin Michael Van Velsor.
She is survived by: her significant other Pat Conrad; her mother Marie M. Scott of Oskaloosa Ia; her siblings, Pamela O'Brian of Ottumwa Ia and Gerry Lee Berry; her children, Jessie Rachelle Olsen of Keokuk Ia, Billy Gene Watts of Ottumwa Ia, Soulmates Derek and Kellee; and her grandchildren, Alexia Watts of Keokuk, Katherine Gordy of Floris Ia, Aiden Watts and Roan Watts of Ottumwa Ia.
