He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ray Swaim and Beverly Joyce Swaim (Biggs). He is survived by: his wife Betty Swaim of Farmersville; his children, Aric Hurt of Euless, Texas, Amit Swaim Campbell of Lewisville and Brandon Dean Cook of Hunt County; and his sister Susan Medlin.
