He is survived by: his children, Brenda, Beth Moore and Greg Moore; his daughter-in-law Lori; his granddaughter Miranda Moore of Arizona; his daughter-in-law Brenda Case; his grandson-in-law Travis Case; his daughter-in-law Amy Hazelwood; his grandchild-in-law Elliot Case; his grandchildren, Talitha Ford of Iowa City and Sophia Ford of Des Moines; his stepchildren, Becky Shaffer (Jerry), Pete Shewry (Kim) and Mindy Gehrt (Phil); and his stepgrandchildren, Emily VanAntwerp (Tim), Sara Bennis (Kye), Orval Shewry (Andrea), Steve Shewry, Justin Gehrt (Jinoos) and Johanna Miller (Eric).
