She was predeceased by: her mother Geri Hidy; her grandparents, Lawrence, Clara Ratliff, Robert and Alice Hidy; her uncle Robert; and her aunt Marion Shriver.
She is survived by: her father Skeeter Hidy; her husband Randy Belzer; her children, Lauren Stone (Steve), Jerrod Belzer (Courtney), Melissa Hartmann (Bryan) and Hannah Belzer; her siblings, John Hidy (Shirley), Jim Hidy (Angie), Karla Fitzsimmons (Philip) and Lynn Hermann (Joe); and her grandchildren, Bailey Belzer, Elliot, Oliver and Levi Stone. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Heidi's honor may be directed to the Living Hope Bible Church Preschool in Eldon, IA.
