He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank "Curly" and Dorothy Ulin Howard; his sister Dolores Davis; and his son Kevin Howard. He is survived by: his former wife Rebecca Steele; his sons, Jeff Howard of New Hampton, IA, Shane Howard (Kayla) of Rochester, MN and Shawn Howard of Ottumwa, IA; his grandchildren, Nathan, Nick, Nolan, Austin, Matthew and Makenna; his great grandchild Skye; and his close friend Joyce Snakenburg.
Social distancing and masks will be required.
