He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie M. Brammer and Josie Ryun Brammer; his wife Beverly Jean Frye; his siblings, Mike Brammer of Edwin Brammer and Judy Heater; and his stepfather Hugh Duffield.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Harbour (Dennis) of Bloomfield, Bill Brammer (Brigitt) of Arlington and Bruce Brammer (Pat) of Tracy, Iowa; and his sister Cathleen Riley of Springfield. He is also survived by five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
