He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sisk and Virginia Sisk (Snoody). He is survived by: his daughters, Jenny Dalbey (Jeff) of Ottumwa and Melissa Gilpin Condon of Apple Valley, CA. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
