He is survived by: his wife Betty Havlik; his children, Deborah Kellogg, Jini Slezak (Randy) of Melbourne, Florida and Kevin Kendall of Miami, Florida; and his grandchildren, Tony Kunz of Cedar Rapids, Nick Babcock of Satellite Beach, Florida and Vanessa Kunz of Port St. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
