She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Bryan Walker and Ruth Elaine Walcher; and her significant other Chester D. Smith. She is survived by: her children, Bryan (Donna Smith), Michael (Doris Smith), Gary Smith, Nancy (Harry Swank), Tim (Sandy Smith), Elizabeth (Derek Serkies), Donna and John (Anita Smith); her family, Tera Meeks, Shana Smith-Scott, Erica McNamara, Jen Rudolph, Erin Lopez, Creighton Swank, Logan Swank, Dylan Swank, Nicholas Smith, Tori Durham, Shelby Smith, Samantha Smith, Tristan Serkies, Jackson Serkies, Connor Serkies, Kevin Smith and Grant Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Lehr and Walker.
Memorials may be made in Donna's name to Trinity Lutheran Church.
