He is survived by: his children, Tom Guffey (Kim) of Fairfield, Todd Guffey (Shelly) of Libertyville, Jason Guffey (Jaime) of Cedar Rapids and Heather Barnett (Casey); his grandchildren, Roxanne Howard, Justin Guffey (Brittany Higdon), Cody Guffey (Cassy), Dallas Guffey (Eden Bell), Tyler Guffey, Lindsay Guffey and Zackary Guffey; his great grandchildren, Cael Guffey and Alden Guffey; and his sisters, Bonnie Brassfield and Virginia Schiedel.
