He was predeceased by: his parents, Elaine Parcell and Lyman Parcell; his wife Linda Lee Allen; and his siblings, Joan Ashton and Michael Parcell.
He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Winegar and Lance Parcell; and his children, Allen Parcell (Shelly), Andrew Parcell (Erin), Ashley Parcell and Abby Parcell. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Berg Mortuary of Provo (185 E Center St, Provo, UT 84606). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Provo City Cemetery (610 S State St, Provo, UT 84606).
Memorial donations may be made in Clive's name to the Indian Hills Community College Foundation (525 Grandview Avenue Ottumwa, Iowa 52501).
