She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Hoover (Randy) of Otho, Michael Rork (Nancy) of Otho, Joyce Halbach of Otho, Patrick Rork of Anchorage, AK, Ronald Rork of Pomeroy and Dawn McMahon (Ken) of Otho; her brothers, Kenneth Crouse of Lehigh and Larry Crouse of Lehigh; her sister-in-law Carol Crouse of Fort Dodge; her stepsister Gloria Seaver of Calgary, Canada.; and her husband Ronald "Roy" Rork.
