He is survived by: his close friend Terry Pierce; his brother Richard Pierce (Annette) of Redmond, OR; his nephews, Jayson, Darvin, Dana, Darren, Dusty and David Jr.; his niece Kathy; and his former spouse Terry Goforth. He is also survived by his family, friends and especially his niece and nephews.
