She is survived by: her husband Larry Burk of Oskaloosa; her children, Paula Eddy of California, John Isley (Marilyn) of Gibson, Michael Burk (Kimberly) of Panama City, Jody Gundrum of Oskaloosa, Matthew Burk (Melissa) of Oskaloosa, Justin Burk of Oskaloosa and Amanda Burk of Oskaloosa; and her siblings, David McKinney (Eldrid) of Pershing, Jerry McKinney (Louise) of Knoxville, Carol Evans (Jimmay) of Oskaloosa and Brenda Lewis of Oskaloosa.
