He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Hunolt of Oskaloosa, Justin Hunolt of Oskaloosa, Mandi Smith of Oskaloosa and Calvin Smith (Jessica) of Eddyville; his grandchildren, Landon Hunolt, Devan, Georgia, Paisley and Cali Smith; his siblings, Mick Hunolt of Oskaloosa, Larry Hunolt of Oskaloosa, Tom Hunolt (Seta) of Richland, Ruth Baker (Steve) of Birmingham, Sue Maddox of Omaha, Nebraska, Deb Hunt (Randy) of Fairfield, Mary Hunt (Max) of Grinnell and Kate Wolvers (Vincent Haydon) of Newton; and his friend Mark Herny. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
