She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Earl and Selma Leora DeVore (Jensen). She is survived by: her husband Alven Meppelink of Oskaloosa; her son David (Shannon) of West Branch; her grandsons, Aaron (Nicole Barrett), Nicholas, Matthew, Rafe and Jacob; her siblings, Larry DeVore (Judy), Darrell DeVore (Sandy) and Nancy DeVore of Oskaloosa; her sister-in-law Ilene Meppelink of Pella; and her son Eric Barrett. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
