She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Hart and Mary Hart (Miller); her siblings, Izetta Keasling, Margie Carter, Betty Wright, Richard Hart, Paul Hart, Doris Brooks and Marie Hurley; and her great grandchild Annie Schultz.
She is survived by: her husband Pat Flaherty; her sons, Kevin Flaherty (Vickie), Kurtis Flaherty (Kelli) and Michael Flaherty (Kari); her sister Marilyn Wells (Bob) of Des Moines; and her brother-in-law Ed Wright of Ottumwa.
