It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott D. Rurup of Oskaloosa, Iowa, who passed away on February 15, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Darcy Rurup; and his grandparents, Laurence, Dorothy Wefer, Leland and Fern Rurup.
He is survived by: his mother Joan Rurup (Wefer) of Oskaloosa; his wife Debra Rurup of Oskaloosa; his sons, Benjamin Rurup (Joann) of St. Francis and Luc Rurup of Oskaloosa; and his sister Tammy Longcor (John) of St. Roberts, Missouri..
Memorials may be made to the Scott Rurup Memorial Fund that will go towards a memorial that will be placed down at Rathbun Lake in Scott's honor.
