She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Hull and Iva Hull (Sullivan); her former husband Garry Lewis; her husband Robert Miller; her parents-in-law, Paul and Eilleen Lewis; her daughter Kara Thomas; and her brother-in-law Jerry Wood.

She is survived by: her children, Jana Bandstra (Gene) of New Sharon, Julie Knoot (Marvin) of New Sharon and Scott Lewis (Amy) of Shawnee Kansas; her stepson Scott Miller (Emily) of Oskaloosa; her grandchildren, Jenell Steel (Brad) of New Sharon, Brandon Bandstra (Melissa) of New Sharon, Josh Van Rees (Mackie) of Walford, Whitney Tremmel (Jacoby) of Oskaloosa, Melissa Knoot of Ames, Isaac Knoot (Liz) of Maple Grove, Isaiah Knoot (Amanda) of Marion, Kayne Thomas of Pella, Kaylie Thomas of Maryville Missouri, Alex and Zach Lewis of Shawnee, KS; her great grandchildren, Kassidi Steel, Braden Steel, Bailee Bandstra, Sydney Bandstra, Aila Knoot, Beckett Knoot and Aunna Knoot; her brother Bill Hull (Barb) of Lake Forest; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Wood of Oskaloosa.

Memorials may be made to the Prairie Knolls Country Club in New Sharon or MHP Hospice Serenity House in Oskaloosa.
