It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Broerman of Oskaloosa, Iowa, who passed away on April 18, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Broerman and Blanche Broerman; his child LeeAnn; his brother-in-law Elmer Wymore; his daughter-in-law Diane Broerman; his grandson Jim Christy; his wife Shirley Broerman; his sister Marjorie Klashak (Al); his children, Mike Broerman (Jan), Greg Broerman (Debbie), Lee Ann Christy (Tom) and David Broerman (Ann); and his grandchildren, Jessica Fross (Mike), Jamie Klyn (Ryan), Megan Simms (Derrick), Carrie VanderEcken (Donnie), Trint Broerman, Blake Broerman, Joel Christy (Kjersti), Corrie Jones (Andy), John Broerman (Lizzie), Kate Hebel (Eric) and Ali Orzech (Bobby). He was also cherished by 24 great-grandchildren.
Memorials can be made to Fellowship Bible Church or Mahaska Health Foundation for Hospice Services.
