Robert Waggoner Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Waggoner of Oskaloosa, Iowa, who passed away on December 16, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dewayne and Marie Phillis Grubb Waggoner. He is survived by: his former wife Margie Pile; his children, Donna, Debbie, Mike and Marie; his former wife Joyce Schneider; his children, Kathy, Julie and Shirley; his former wife Sandra Elrod; his children, Heather, Hillary and Heath; his close friend Sandra Waggoner of Oskaloosa; his children, Richard Waggoner of Iowa, Wendy Roetto (Gary) of Stark City, Diana Young (Billy) of Oskaloosa and Jared Waggoner (Kanya) of Oskaloosa; and his godson Jay Stewart. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and stepchildren and step grandchildren.
