He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Asher of Oskaloosa; his children, Michael Caves (Angie) of Oskaloosa, Becky Kime (Bryan) of Oskaloosa, Kenneth Caves (Lora) of Kellogg, Rennea Caves (Wayne Sanders) of Hedrick and Chuck Caves (Marie) of New Mexico; his grandchildren, Collin Caves (Amy), Nathan Caves, Brooke Pederson (Kiel), Jacob Kime, Leanna Sanders (Adam), Meredith Caves, Macey Caves, Reece Caves and Kiara Caves; and his brother Mark Caves (Carmen) of Barnes City.
