He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy, Neola Carmichael, Helen Boyer (Merle Boyer), Robert Levernier and Julia Malin (Dale Malin); and his nephew Coy Carmichael.
He is survived by: his parents, Gary Stanley Carmichael (Donna) of Taylor Ridge, IL and Pamela Ann Taylor (Levernier) of Oskaloosa; his son Jason Carmichael (Julie) of Wesley Chapel, Florida; his grandson Alex Carmichael; his siblings, Robert "Bob" Carmichael (Ginna) of Clute, TX, Jacque Taylor of Oskaloosa and Sherri Moore (Carl) of Milan, IL; and his nephew Jake Carmichael of Clute, TX.
