She is survived by: her husband Rick Cady of Oskaloosa; her daughters, Jamie Gerard (Dustin) of Oskaloosa and Crystal Cady (Cole Nilson) of Oskaloosa; her grandchildren, Kadin Gerard, Addison Gerard and Lincoln Nilson; and her siblings, Rosie Mohler of Ankeny, Cindy Saunders of California, Lori DeHoedt of Russell, Mike Saunders of Ottumwa, Linda (Mark Goodman), JoAnn (Randy Plate) and Sharon (J. B. Aschinger).
