He was predeceased by: his parents, Renauld J. Beaulieu and Dorothy Beaulieu (Minor). He is survived by: his wife Carla Howard of Oskaloosa; his sisters, Mary Kohler (Butch) of Louisburg, NC, Beverly Crockett (Dale) of Zebulon, NC and Lila Chapman (Michael) of Spring Hope, NC; his aunt Kathy Phillips; and his cousin Jason Dimick. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
