He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie Amaya of Ottumwa, Jennifer of Ottumwa, Wilt of Ottumwa, Amanda Ramirez of Ottumwa and Tabitha; his grandchildren, Ace Barnard, Carrie Platt, Alex Amaya, Manuel Ramirez, Javier Ramirez, Olivia McClendon, Arianna Wharton, Mia Lee and Jayda McClendon; his great grandchildren, Jace and Easton; and his brothers, Roy, Butch and Ronald.
